In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following definitions apply:

• "n7777", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the n7777 online gaming platform accessible at n7777.win and all associated services, tools, and content.
• "Player", "User", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who registers for or uses an n7777 account.
• "Account" means the registered user account created on the n7777 platform following successful registration and verification.
• "Wallet" means the PHP-denominated balance held within a Player's Account, used to fund gameplay and receive winnings.
• "Game" refers to any slot, live dealer table, bingo room, fishing game, or other interactive product made available through the n7777 platform.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free spin, cashback offer, or other incentive issued by n7777 to eligible Players.

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account on n7777. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact details. You are obligated to update this information promptly if it changes. n7777 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the accuracy of the information provided.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password. You must not share your login details with any third party. n7777 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify n7777 support immediately.

Identity Verification (KYC)

n7777 may require Players to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) procedures at any point, including prior to the processing of withdrawal requests. Verification may require submission of a government-issued photo identification document, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification when requested may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until the verification process is completed to n7777's satisfaction.

All transactions on n7777 are conducted exclusively in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Deposits may be made using the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and supported cryptocurrency wallets. n7777 does not impose processing fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which n7777 bears no responsibility.

Deposit Conditions

• Deposits must be made from payment accounts held in the Player's own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be declined and returned to source where possible.
• n7777 reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum deposit limits, which are displayed in the Player's account dashboard and may be amended from time to time.
• Deposited funds are credited to the Player's Wallet exclusively for the purpose of gameplay on the n7777 platform. Deposited funds do not earn interest.
• n7777 does not accept cash payments or postal orders. All deposits must be made through the electronic payment methods listed on the platform.
• n7777 reserves the right to perform additional checks on deposits and to return funds to source if those checks are not satisfactorily completed.

Players may request withdrawal of eligible Wallet balances to their registered payment methods. All withdrawals are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) with no currency conversion applied. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless an alternative verified method is approved by n7777 in writing.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) completion. n7777 will not process withdrawals from Accounts that have not completed required verification steps.
• Any active Bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements must be resolved prior to withdrawal of the associated real-money balance, as specified in the applicable bonus terms.
• n7777 reserves the right to impose minimum withdrawal amounts and processing fees on withdrawals, which are published in the Player's account dashboard.
• Processing times vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within the timeframes specified in the Payments section of the platform. Bank transfer withdrawals may take additional processing days.
• n7777 may request additional documentation before processing large withdrawal amounts. This is a standard fraud and anti-money laundering precaution.

n7777 may from time to time offer Bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives to eligible Players. All promotional offers are governed by specific terms published alongside each promotion, which form an integral part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for the scope of that promotion.

• Bonuses are awarded at n7777's sole discretion. n7777 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or refuse any Bonus at any time without prior notice if there is reasonable suspicion of abuse or a technical error.
• Each Bonus offer specifies applicable wagering requirements. Bonus funds must meet the stated wagering requirement before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• Only one Bonus may be active in a Player's Account at any given time, unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value unless the applicable promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• n7777 reserves the right to void any Bonus and any winnings derived therefrom if n7777 has reasonable grounds to believe that the Bonus was claimed through fraudulent, abusive, or collusive means.

All games available on the n7777 platform are provided either through a certified RNG (Random Number Generator) system or via live dealer studio streams. RNG-based game outcomes are independently verified for fairness and randomness. Live dealer games are conducted using physical equipment by trained dealers in a monitored studio environment.

• Players are responsible for ensuring they understand the rules of any Game before placing real-money bets. Game rules are available within each Game interface.
• Bets placed on n7777 are final once confirmed. n7777 will not accept requests to void or reverse a bet after it has been confirmed, except in the case of a verified technical malfunction.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay — including server errors, game interruptions, or connection failures — n7777 reserves the right to void any affected bets and return the relevant stake to the Player's Wallet.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the relevant game interface.
• n7777 is not liable for any losses arising from a Player's misunderstanding of game rules, strategies, or outcomes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the n7777 platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and money laundering: Using the platform to launder funds, conduct financial fraud, or engage in any activity that violates Philippine anti-money laundering laws.
• Bonus abuse: Creating multiple Accounts to claim promotional offers; exploiting software bugs or errors to obtain unfair Bonus credits; coordinating with other Players to abuse promotional structures.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any Game, including in live poker variants and multiplayer formats.
• Unauthorized software: Using bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software not authorized by n7777 to interact with Games or the platform.
• Account sharing: Allowing any third party to access or operate your Account, or operating another Player's Account on their behalf.
• Chargeback fraud: Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with your bank or payment provider for deposits that were legitimately made and wagered on n7777.
• Impersonation: Providing false identity information during registration or verification, or impersonating another person for any purpose on the platform.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players through their account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately upon activation and can be decreased at any time. Increases to limits are subject to a cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum session durations after which you will automatically be logged out.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, sublicense, or commercially exploit any platform content without the express prior written consent of n7777.

Any unauthorized use of n7777's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal liability. n7777 reserves all rights not expressly granted in these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, n7777 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Any loss of funds resulting from gameplay outcomes, whether in RNG-based or live dealer games;
• Any technical malfunction, service interruption, or platform unavailability;
• Any unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Any loss resulting from your reliance on information published on the platform;
• Any indirect or consequential losses resulting from the suspension or termination of your Account for breach of these Terms.

Where n7777's liability cannot be fully excluded by law, it is limited to the total value of funds held in the Player's Wallet at the time the relevant claim arose. n7777 does not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

n7777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player's Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, collusion, or money laundering;
• Registration by a person under the age of 21;
• A Player's self-exclusion request;
• A legal or regulatory requirement to do so;
• Inactivity of an Account for a period as specified in n7777's dormant account policy.

Upon termination for breach of these Terms, n7777 reserves the right to forfeit any Wallet balance and Bonus credits held in the Account. Where termination occurs for reasons unrelated to breach (e.g., at the Player's own request or due to regulatory changes), n7777 will process a withdrawal of the Player's eligible real-money Wallet balance following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

n7777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to the Terms will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account and/or by a prominent notice on the n7777 platform. The updated Terms will specify their effective date.

Your continued use of the n7777 platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your Account before the effective date of the changes.

These Terms and Conditions and all matters arising from or connected with your use of the n7777 platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of resolving any such dispute.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent n7777 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where it reasonably considers it necessary to protect its rights or the integrity of the platform.
